Sleep Toolkit for Holistic Healing and Beating Insomnia.
I was once a person that suffered from insomnia on a regular basis and I understand how frustrating, not to mention soul breaking and mind numbing it can be when you are not able to get enough sleep.
Working very closely with Holistic Healing, and working with the power that we all have within us to bring healing to ourselves. I decided to write a guide about the many different techniques that I have used which have allowed me to bypass insomnia and get a good night sleep.
First of all, I do not like taking pills of any kind, and I have known many individuals that have either become addicted or have had very severe reactions when taking certain pharmaceutical medications so I did not want to go down this path.
For some, this may work, but this was not something that I wanted to pursue.
So me being me,
I decided to search for alternatives that were all-natural. I decided to find a natural way to get a good night’s sleep.
At this point, I had spent most of my life in the pattern of broken sleep. I couldn’t even remember when it was before then that I even had a full nights sleep. I guess I became used to it. Still, though, I wanted so much to feel healthy.
You see I was on a mission to heal my body, at that point I suffered from Fibromyalgia and part of that was Chronic Fatigue. When I was at home and to take care of my (then 5) children on my own, I wanted to get myself healthy.
I was reading how to sleep, was so important and was certainly one of the main factors in repairing our bodies. So the first part of the mission was, to see how to help me get to a place where I was able to get to sleep and get into a deep sleep.
I decided to put together this toolkit to help people physically and mentally, using tips that can help them achieve a better night’s rest.
Additionally, it’s good to not focus on only one solution. It is important to use a combination of many techniques that can help you resolve this problem so that you can finally rest.
